“My paintings are a love letter to California living, created from hazy memories and snippets of things I’ve photographed or borrowed from the media diaspora of modern life. This collage of moments, both stolen and original, serve as the alphabet to the visual language in which I hope viewers create their own narrative.”

Neal Breton, a New Hampshire native, has been a professional artist for over twenty five years. He studied painting at Pasadena City College in the 90s, and has curated and shown his own work all over the United States. He is now part owner of Marmalade Murals and occasionally paints a few things of his own. After living in the suburbs of Los Angeles, he now resides on the Central Coast in the quirky beach community of Los Osos with his wife Katherine and his son Henry.
